Prices are per person unless specified. Transactions are based on US dollars. Tours are conducted in English unless otherwise noted. All tickets are prepaid at time of booking by credit card, or once a confirmation number is assigned by a vendor. An auto email record of your order will be sent to you following completion of your transaction. If vendor confirmation is needed please allow 24-72 hours for the vendor to process your request and receive your e-Ticket with a confirmation code.
If no vendor confirmation is required an e-Ticket will be issued immediately. Please print out your e-Ticket and sign it in the presence of the vendor when you check in at the ticket desk/ticket booth for your selected tour. Photo ID may be required. If you have lost or forgotten your email confirmation, do not be concerned. Your name is in the system and you will be able to attend the tour with your matching ID. Tour prices and/or availability is not guaranteed until full payment is received and confirmation is provided.

Please read your confirmation clearly to ensure you have entered the correct date you wish to conduct the tour.

If you do not receive a confirmation after submitting payment information or if you experience an error message of service interruption after submitting payment information it is your responsibility to confirm whether your order was processed. You may call us at 415-929-7722 Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm Pacific Standard time. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process.

All passengers are required to confirm their tour and hotel pick up by calling the telephone number provided on the email confirmation prior to tour departure.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in the correct pick up location at the correct time. (We recommend that you be ready 10 minutes before pick-up time). Your email confirmation will provide you with all of the information you need regarding the pickup time and location.

There is no charge for changes made 24 hours prior to scheduled time of tour. Every effort will be made to accommodate change requests. Should you need to change your tour itinerary after your reservation is confirmed, you will be required to contact your tour operator directly to determine availability on another date or time. There may be a charge for rescheduling your tour. If your tour operator cannot accommodate you and you are within the terms of our cancellation policy please contact our office for a refund.

Tour operators reserve the right to cancel or change tour schedules, content and prices without prior notice. Should tickets not be available for the time and/or date requested, and no other date satisfies your needs, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount you paid. Service charges are non-refundable.

If the amount you pay for a ticket is obviously or grossly incorrect, regardless of whether because of an error in price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you and regardless of whether the transactional malfunction of our web site, we will have the right to cancel that order and refund to you the amount that you paid.

Tour operators reserve the right to alter, modify or cancel a tour based on bad weather, street closures, parades, special events, unsafe conditions or at the request of governmental, state and park agencies. Tour routes and content are subject to change, tours may not be driven in order as described in the tour descriptions. Duration of tour is based on approximation.

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to weather, mechanical problems, labor disputes, accidents, sickness, acts of God, government actions, acts of war and terrorism, traffic congestion or other circumstances beyond our control.

IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY:
For e-tickets- We cannot accept cancellations by email, please read our cancellation policy: There is no refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of tour and "no shows" on the day of the tour. You will receive no refund for failing to take your tour or if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour. If you cancel prior to 24 hours before your tour departure date there is a $25 per ticket non-negotiable non-refundable processing fee in addition to any vendor cancellation fees.

Phone cancellations are taken Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm PST, we cannot acknowledge cancellations left on voicemail. Cancellations may also be submitted in written form with a copy of your e-Ticket via fax or mail and are effective on the date received. Please fax cancellations to (415) 929-7778 ATTN: Ticket Department or via US mail to: Guideyou.com Attn: Ticket Department, 2720 Taylor Street Suite 450 San Francisco, CA 94133. Please include a copy of your e-ticket confirmation to ensure proper credit, a telephone number where you can be reached if necessary and a brief explanation of the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at time of original transaction. Again, we will not acknowledge voice mail or email cancellations.

For shipped tickets- All cancellation policies apply.

Once you are in possession of your tickets it will be your responsibility to safely return them to our office should you need to cancel your tickets. Your credit card will not be refunded until we have received your unused tickets.

LIABILITY DISCLAMER:

Guideyou.com will not be held liable for any loss of property and will not assume liability for injuries, damage to breakable items, and stolen items. Before leaving your tour vehicle please check for all personal items. We are not responsible for items you may leave unattended in tour vehicle while participating in tours.

Guideyou.com provides a tour booking services (reselling tickets at a discount) for tours advertised on our website. The tour vendors, suppliers, hotels and other affiliates providing services and travel are independently licensed TCP Tour Companies and not agents of Guideyou.com. Guideyou.com is not liable for errors, omissions, negligence or breaches of any supplier for any personal damages or injuries including death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting from our service.

Guideyou.com has no responsibility for additional expenses, delays, re-routing of tours or acts of any government or authority. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Guideyou.com and affiliates, officers, agents, employees and independent contractors against any costs, fines, claims, damages, charges or fees (including attorney fees) arising for any reason of this transaction.

In no event shall Guideyou.com, officers, agents, employees and independent contractors be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or other damages connected with the use of the website or any tours taken as a result of purchasing tickets through the website.

Privacy Policy
This website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. Any personal and financial information is sent via a secured server and encrypted using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer encryption) for user protection. Financial information is not stored on the website.

By entering into this agreement, you agree that the use of this web site is at your sole discretion. You, and not Guideyou.com, will assume the responsibility of the entire cost of all necessary repairs or service to your computer system. Also agreed is Guideyou.com, its parent company, and employees involved in the development, distribution and reselling of tickets of this web site are not liable or responsible to any person whatsoever for any damage, loss, injury claim, liability or other cause resulting from the use of this website or third party link. Guideyou.com, its parent company, and employees shall also not be held responsible or liable for any claim or damage resulting from the failure of web site's performance, error (human or computer), service interruption, computer virus, unauthorized access to personal information, and opinions appearing on this web site. You agree that Guideyou.com is not responsible for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal activities of other subscribers to this website. Guideyou.com liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Guideyou.com is controlled and operated from its offices in San Francisco, California. These Terms shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within California. Any action Guideyou.com, you or any third party bring to enforce these terms with any matters related to this web site shall be brought only in either the State or Federal Courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful then that provision shall be deemed void from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms of the agreement. The provisions and conditions of these terms represent the entire agreement between Guideyou.com and its parent company, officers and employees, and you, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
