Discover the wonders and romance of Napa and Sonoma Valley, which is now one of the largest and exciting premium wine producing areas in the world.
You will have an opportunity to both taste the wines and learn the ins and outs of wine making at a selection of both boutique and high volume wineries. These wineries are a short drive from the Bay Area, located on the rolling hillsides, of the Valley of the Moon with its warm days and cool foggy nights which make it perfect for wine growing. This tour provides excellent photo opportunities; wine tasting fees included, discounted pricing on wine purchases available.
This fully-narrated guided tour takes you over the Golden Gate Bridge through Marin county (one of the highest per-capita income areas in the US) and through the Carneros Valley, one of the world’s premier wine regions. Visit one winery in Napa, and two in Sonoma. There will be time for lunch and shopping at either the Vintage Marketplace in Yountville or historic downtown Sonoma Square.
These three* different wineries range from high tech to boutique. Wine tasting fees are INCLUDED in the price of this tour. Enjoy about one hour at each winery with a private tour and tasting! On this tour you’ll visit:
- Madonna Estate - An organic winery owned by the Bartolucci family (Napa)
- Cline Cellars - A traditional winery (Sonoma)
- Sutter Home - A historic winery (Napa)
- *If one of our three featured wineries is closed the day of your tour or special circumstances require rerouting, you may visit Kirkland Ranch Winery (Napa) or another substitute winery.

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT HOTEL PICK UP
To receive hotel pickup, tours MUST be booked a minimum of 2 hours prior to tour departure time Free hotel Pick Up & Drop off from most San Francisco hotels - see list; a $5 per person fee from airport hotels.
Hotel Guests: This tour begins with complimentary pick up from your hotel (see list) approximately 1 hour (Union Square area hotels) to 30 minutes (Fisherman's Wharf area hotels) prior to the tour departure time.
Passengers not staying at a hotel: You will be requested to meet at the main departure terminal located at Ghirardelli Square/Fisherman's Wharf. Parking is available at a discounted rate.
Passengers traveling on BART or by Cal Train: Please see our FAQ section for instructions.
Driving: a VIP reduced parking rate available, validation given at check in.
SF Airport Hotels: Please note, airport pick up is available ONLY for tours beginning at 9am and return drop off departs San Francisco once daily at 6:00pm. Additional $5 per person fee payable directly to the tour company at check in. There is NO airport pick up for Yosemite tours.
